“FIT 50’S” MEN’S KEEP FIT CLASS
This group is open to men over the age of 50 years of age who are interested in losing weight and regaining or improving on their general health and fitness in the later years of life.
Led by a professional trainer the group meet every Thursday at 6.30pm in the Lower Hall. After a monitored weight check a session of circuit training using light weights is carried out. New members are always welcome.
